HP CEO Mark Hurd Resigned After Being Accused of Sexual Harassment

A giant computer and chip company Hewlett Packard’s Chief Executive Officer Mark Hurd resigned after being allegedly of harassment and also misconduct business, this is something shock after the controversial is still being proceeded. But, the company has announced his resigned. Mark Hurd has been Chief Executive Officer since 2005, and he has good credit and also record as CEO of Hewlett Packard Co. he has turned this company into bigger and has created more than 136 percent of shares under his hands. This number is the highest level for more than 10 years of the company history and the company also has better image in customer’s perception and also higher profit for the last three years.

Cathie Lesjak will full time replacement of Mark’s position, he Is the Chief Financial Officer of the hardware of Palo Alto, a giant appointed, who will lead the company, but this is not clear yet whether he will replace temporarily or permanently until the new one will replace his position according to the company policy.

There is a new product that is sold in local open stores which is named K2. The product is allowed to sell as counter over the “incense” that also produces smoke and drunk effect of smell.  The store does not have to buy license to sell this product, and also does not ruled in any local policy or against the federal law. The shape of K2 is just like incense, and has effects of marijuana, but this is not marijuana, this product is difficult to detect as a drug or dangerous medicine. So, when this K2 product has been consumed, this is not easy to detect the product element in urine, but this product has an effect just like marijuana and also as dangerous as marijuana.

The Arizona’s SB 1070 is on Bold Temporarily

Finally, District Court Judge Susan Bolton has put an end to the case of the controversial Arizona’s law for immigrant. On Wednesday, she decided to put the Arizona’s cruel immigration law inactive temporarily and stopping the most controversial part of the law effectively from Thursday. According to the detail in the temporary mandate, it has disabled most part of the law, including the most controversial one where it stated that it is required for police officer to check the immigration status of the people they stopped and because of that, all immigrants have to bring all their paper at all time to ensure their immigration status in case checked by the police officer.

Tempe Town Lake Dam Bursts

This evening a part of the Lake Tempe Town Dam explode and the official of the dam is now still under investigation. This dam has very important role for the city, that’s  why most citizen hope the problem will be solved as soon as possible or the government should investigate the problem in order to prevent something worse because the dam may dangerous for people who live around the dam or even for the whole area of the city. Hugh Hallman, the Major of Tempe straight forward to the location when hearing the report, the witness said that he heard explosion under the dam, it seems that the dam is collapsed and sound a big explosion was heard clearly by some people who are around the location. The alarm warn people around the dam after the thousand gallons of water gushed from the dam to the downstream.

After 11 p.m. the Monti’s La Casa Vieja was told about the incident, as well as Paul Marquardt, the Chuck Box Restaurant owner, both of them were on the location seeing the incident directly from the place they were standing.
