Proposition 8 Ban was overturned by Federal Court

The controversial of Proposition 8 that forbade gay or lesbian marriages finally was overturned by United State Judge in San Francisco on Wednesday. The judge decision is a big victory for gay and other same sex activists in United State who are waiting for that big news. Proposition 8 is also known as California Marriage Protection Act has been approved by the election in 2008, but of course this need more formal and legally by law which means gay couple will be able to get married legally.

The Arizona’s SB 1070 is on Bold Temporarily

Finally, District Court Judge Susan Bolton has put an end to the case of the controversial Arizona’s law for immigrant. On Wednesday, she decided to put the Arizona’s cruel immigration law inactive temporarily and stopping the most controversial part of the law effectively from Thursday. According to the detail in the temporary mandate, it has disabled most part of the law, including the most controversial one where it stated that it is required for police officer to check the immigration status of the people they stopped and because of that, all immigrants have to bring all their paper at all time to ensure their immigration status in case checked by the police officer.
